Customers scan the QR code with their phone camera — it opens the entry form with the store flag set, marking their entry as in-store verified.
They fill the 30-second form themselves (name, phone, email, birthday, menu favorite) and agree to the rules.
Each entry is automatically entered into every remaining drawing — entering early means more chances.
Print the full-page poster for in-store displays (register, tables, counter) and the round pizza-box stickers to apply to every box that goes out the door.
